LASIK Eye Surgery in Dallas
LASIK is an investment not only in your vision but in your life.
Based on the feedback of thousands of happy Carter Eye Center LASIK patients, it’s also a life-changing experience. These individuals love the freedom to travel, play, work – and everything else they enjoy doing – without restriction.
Here at Carter Eye Center, we believe that quality eye care should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we work hard to make LASIK affordable for you. So if cost is a barrier, don’t let it be. Come talk to us! We accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, credit cards and pre-approved credit plans. If you decide to finance your procedure (many of our patients do), we work with several financial institutions that offer flexible payment options.
We understand that choosing who to trust with your vision is a big decision. You deserve the best in vision and we’ll do everything we can to offer it to you. When you choose Carter Eye Center, you get all the benefits of the #CarterCares Advantage. Experience, technology and personalized treatment are all within your reach.
Since affordability can mean different things to different people, it’s crucial that we learn your story and needs, so we can determine the best pricing options for you. Scheduling a complimentary consultation will give us the chance to determine if LASIK is the best treatment for you and how to fit your budget.
Saving With LASIK
Before we dive deep into how we can help you pay for LASIK on your terms, let’s talk about the “affordability” of glasses and contacts. The truth is, glasses and contacts cost a lot! Think about yearly eye exams, glasses (lenses and frames), contacts, contact solution, cases. And those are just the bare minimum options before you consider options like a second pair of glasses or prescription sunglasses.
It’s not uncommon for us to hear from patients that LASIK paid for itself in about three years. If you want to learn how much LASIK might save you, fill out our request pricing form and then plug all of your numbers into our LASIK calculator.

LASIK is Affordable at Carter Eye Center
Financing your procedure is easy at Carter Eye Center. We believe the best way to save is combining your great options, including Flex Spending and Health Spending Account dollars, CareCredit® and our promotional pricings.
FSA / HSA
A Flex Spending Account can reimburse you or help you pay for eligible health care expenses not covered by your health plan. The portion of your paycheck you put into your FSA is taken out before you pay federal income taxes, Social Security taxes and most state taxes.
Health Savings Accounts are very similar but the biggest difference is that HSA dollars roll over to the next year, while FSA dollars do not. That means if you have an FSA account, it is important that you use the remaining dollars before the end of the year; use it or lose it!
CareCredit®
CareCredit works like a traditional credit card while offering no interest on purchases of $200 or more when monthly payments are met (restrictions will be discussed in more detail during your evaluation). We can help you determine what CareCredit option would work best for your budget. Learn more by visiting CareCredit.com or contacting our office. Ready to apply?
